What Do You Need ?

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, or related fields (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).

• Basic knowledge of formulation, process development, or analytical methods.

• Familiar with method development and validation is a plus.

• Able to communicate in Bahasa Indonesia and passive English.

What Will You Do :

• Support prototype development for the company’s future product pipeline.

• Establish Proof of Concept (PoC) for product pipeline, manufacturing process development, or new product formulation.

• Participate in technology transfer activities and support analytical method implementation.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QC, QA, Production, and related departments.

• Maintain laboratory operations and compliance, including SOP preparation, protocol documentation, and equipment qualification.
