What Do You Need ?

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Biology, Biotechnology, or related Science field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in account management, product management, or healthcare commercial roles.

• Strong product and industry knowledge.

• Good understanding of CRM systems and reporting.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Target-oriented and willing to work mobile within the Jakarta area.

What Will You Do :

• Manage and develop key accounts (hospitals, clinics, doctors) as the main point of contact.

• Achieve sales targets through effective account management and strategic planning.

• Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage.

• Develop and execute account plans to maximize revenue growth.

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to support business strategy.
